You can easily lease a storage unit online, at our office during business hours, or by phone. To rent a unit online, go to "Unit Sizes & Prices" or click on any Rent Now/Reserve Now button, select your desired unit size, click the "Select This Unit" button, choose your move-in date, review the charges, and enter your personal details. After payment, you'll e-sign the rental agreement. Your gate code and assigned storage unit will be detailed on the first page of the agreement. The gate code will be activated on your move-in day. The facility manager will review and sign the agreement, sending you a fully executed copy and your move-in ledger via email. You don’t need to wait for this final confirmation before moving in.

You will need to provide your full name, address, mobile phone number, and email address. For businesses, include the business name along with the other required details.

Your gate code will be listed at the top of page one of your rental agreement. Note the code and unit number when e-signing. You will also receive an email confirmation.

No, we offer month-to-month rentals with no long-term commitment.

Yes, you must give us fifteen (15) days' notice before the end of the month in which you plan to move out. We do not prorate rent for partial months. Email your notice to dyer.linda@proequity.com, including your name, address, phone number, unit address, and move-out date.

Late Fee: $10 (charged on the 6th of the month if rent is unpaid)
Certificate of Mailing Fee: $5 (charged on the 22nd if rent is unpaid)
Lock Removal Fee: $10 (charged after 31 days of unpaid rent)
Schedule Auction Fee: $50 (charged after 33 days of unpaid rent)

The unit size you need depends on what you plan to store. Our facility offers a variety of sizes to accommodate everything from small household items to large vehicles. Yes, you must bring your own lock, preferably a disc lock. Only one lock per storage unit door is permitted.

For safety reasons, you are not allowed to store explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, or animals. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) online and by phone, and you can set up automatic payments. You can also mail or drop off a check or money order at our on-site drop box. Cash is not accepted.
